Never Alone 2 is an upcoming 3D multiplayer narrative game by E-Line Media, continuing the story of Nuna and Fox from the first installment of the series. It is currently in pre-production.

Over the course of 8 weeks, I worked very closely with the other engineers and designers, developing and testing core mechanics.

My Contributions:

  1. Migrated essential mechanics from an old, deprecated system to the most updated version
  2. Became incredibly familiar with a large, established code base to debug important mechanics
  3. Implemented new mechanics that cleanly built off of the base systems, working for couch co-op, online multiplayer, and singleplayer modes
  4. Worked closely with designers to iterate on core features, while providing useful variables, functions, and designer facing systems for futher development
