Dream Catchers is one of USC Games’ upcoming Advanced Games Project titles, set to release in Spring 2027. We are currently in pre-production, so details/screenshots are at a minimum.
My Responsibilities:
- Took on the role of acting producer for pre-production, managing tasks and weekly reports
- Lead a team of 4 engineers throught the pre-production process, helping with networking issues and bug fixes
- Manage Perforce and weekly builds for faculty review
- Utilize the AdvancedSessions system, allowing players to connect and play with each other through Steam
- Prototype major core mechanics such as the voice-light system, and end-of-level teamwork mechanics
- Thoroughly document features and maintain TDD for easier onboarding of the full-production team
